|Description:||The position is responsible for providing a variety of clerical, administrative and case-related duties and tasks to the Operations Supervisor and co-workers. Supports and exhibits the Crumley Roberts non-negotiable traits. |
|Duties:||Must be able to multi-task and to handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the public.|
Collects, sorts and distributes daily mail, email, and electronic faxes, timely to the appropriate case management team with low rate of error.
Must have reliable transportation for daily mail collection from the post office. Must have valid driver license.
Assembles client promotional items for office staff and ensures that a supply is always prepared.
Provides assistance to case managers or others in the Company as required by the Operations Supervisor.
Duties may include but are not limited to, filing, typing and making copies.
Confirms balances on client files for case managers as requested by the Operations Supervisor.
Tracks incoming checks and notifies the appropriate recipient.
Delivers necessary checks and/or deposit documents to the firmís accounting department;
Scans mail to PDF and delivers to the appropriate virtual case file accurately and timely.
Creates appropriate folders in the virtual case file to ensure accurate entry/delivery.
Notifies the appropriate internal client of mail receipt and flags documents requiring urgent action/response and timely distributes appropriate mail, including accurate/timely delivery of mail packages using outside delivery services such as FedEx.
Maintains a positive relationship with internal clients to ensure excellent service/support as needed.
Provides backup to the Client Relations Manager as required; provides professional and prompt assistance.
Performs other office/clerical duties as needed and/or required by the Operations Supervisor.
|Qualifications:||Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year related office experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.|
Other Qualifications: Ability to interact effectively with all Crumley Robertsí employees, as well as clients and the public. Ability to multi-task and establish priorities; ability to operate office equipment including telephone, fax, photocopier, computers and other pertinent office equipment.
